General

Are you able to ship internationally?

We are not shipping internationally at this time but hope to open up that service soon.

When will I be billed and when does my order ship?

Cards will be charged immediately and orders will typically ship on the next business day.   We will try to post notifications of any scheduled shipping delays on the website and you can safely assume that we will not be shipping on any Federal holidays. If you have ordered a subscription, the first box will be billed and shipped immediately, subsequent boxes will be billed on the 15th of the following month and ship on the next business day.

Are there discount codes?

We sometimes offer discount codes through our monthly newsletter, social media, and inside product shipments. 

How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a tracking link when your order ships. 

What is your return policy?

My item(s) arrived damaged. What should I do?

While we do our best to inspect and pack our items well before shipping, damage is sometimes unavoidable do to acts of nature or poor handling.   If you receive a shipment with damaged contents please contact us at orders@groundingjourney.com within 24 hours of receiving it.   Please include photographs of the item(s) so we can get a replacement piece out to you quickly. 

If a direct replacement is not available we will communicate with you to find a way to make things right. 

 

Subscription Boxes

What can I expect to see in my monthly subscription box?

Each month you will receive a specially curated collection of items designed to support you on the journey to spiritual wellness.  These items may include (but are not limited to) energetic crystals, yoga items, spiritual gifts & tools, specialty teas, body care products, inspirational items, jewelry, and inspirational card decks.  The value of these items will meet or exceed the price of the subscription, PLUS there is valuable online content that you will have access through a secure membership site.  This may include new yoga sequences, guided meditations and breath work practices, handouts, guidebooks, personal challenges to deepen your spiritual journey, and Sacred Sundays – our once a month members-only live call.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into the membership portal here and go to the my account page (link located in the menu bar at the top of the screen).  You will then see a button to update your payment information.

How often will I be charged?

If you are on the monthly plan, you will be charged on the 15th of every month when your new box is shipped.  If you sign up the discounted 3- or 6-month subscription you will be charged the entire amount up front.

How long does it take for my box to arrive?

Within the contiguous United States your box should arrive within 2-6 days after we ship it.

Can I order past Bringing Spirituality Home boxes?

We view the subscription as a guided journey that builds on itself month to month and therefor do not sell the boxes individually.  However, the individual consumable items in each of these boxes are often in stock on our online shop and can be purchased any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.  We do require that all cancelations occur 5 days before the shipment of your next box (typically the 10th of the month).  Cancelations after that time may still be billed and shipped. 

Can I skip a box?

Unfortunately, no.  The first 6 months are a specifically curated collection designed to help you on your spiritual journey and are designed to be experienced in order.  However, if you would like to delay shipment of a box because you are traveling or otherwise unavailable, please contact us at orders@grounding journey to see how we may assist you.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

While we may offer this feature in the future, we can accommodate that at this time. 

Can I return a subscription box or an individual item if I do not like it?

Our intention is to provide a carefully curated collection of items that you will find useful on your spiritual journey, or that you’ll just simply enjoy mindfully.  While we are sorry to hear that some items may not have been to your taste, there are no returns for individual items in the subscription box. 

What is your refund policy on the Subscription box program?

While we do not offer refunds on the subscription box program, you can always cancel within 5 days of your next month’s payment if you are on the monthly plan. We feel that that the subscription does not just include physical items but also allows you access to a wealth of online information that is released with each box through our membership site and this content cannot be unseen or unlearned. The box items are only a part of the experience you have paid for.

If you have purchased a 3- or 6-month program you are getting a specially discounted rate for committing to that experience. 

For these reasons we do not offer refunds on the subscription boxes.
